Home Renovation
Renovating an occupied home — replacing tired woodwork, reworking a kitchen or refreshing finishes — with minimum disruption to daily life.
Renovation is a different discipline from a fresh fit-out. Existing plumbing, wiring and slab levels set the limits, and the family is usually still living in the house while work happens.
We survey what can be reused, what must be replaced and what will cause surprises once a wall or counter comes off, then sequence the work room by room with protective sheeting, contained dust and a clear day-by-day plan.

Common questions
Can we stay in the house during work?
In most cases yes. We plan zones and working hours so at least the bedrooms and one bathroom remain usable.
Is partial renovation cheaper?
Often significantly. If carcasses are in good condition, replacing shutters, hardware and counters gives a new look at a fraction of the cost.
